Feedback & Support Upgrade
The feedback tool has been enhanced with a full support ticket management system. When you submit feedback, it will now generate a support ticket and email confirmation. You comments will be read by a Schoology representative and responded to as soon as possible.

User Help Guide
A full featured help guide has been added for logged in users. The help guide can be access by clicking on the ‘Help’ link located in the footer of each page.

Student Gradebook
Students can now view grades for each course in a digital report card. Student grades are synced in real-time with teacher gradebooks to ensure that grades are always up-to-date and accurate.

Student Performance Summary
Educators can now view a grade/attendance summary for each individual student. To access this page, educators must click on a students name while in the attendance or gradebook areas.

Assignment Reordering
Reordering assignments in the ‘Bulk Editor’ will only effect the assignment order in the gradebook. The assignments tab of the course profile is always ordered by due date.
Enhanced Blog Post Editing
When editing an existing blog post, users can now add/remove attachments, edit the post body or edit the post title.

Copy Documents
From the course profile, educators can now upload files to multiple courses at the same time.

Private Messaging Bug Fix
When a user replies to a message that has been deleted by the recipient, the message will now properly send through to the recipient.
